Cheap People- Broken Soul or Losted Soul?

This is a topic, that have been bothering me for a long time. Don't get me wrong, but I'm a cheap person too. There's something wrong, that these people do, that bothers me!

I was out with some friends for 2 days, and had a great time! (see posting on Mendocino)

I noticed something about some of the people, that I know. They would never do this, b/c they're too cheap to put up the money, or not willing to.

Of course, these Cheapo's are never invited! Most people, hate these people! I look at them, as people, who just don't understand! They think they're saving, but they're cheating themselves out of life!

I can understand if immigrants' do it, and they have a big reason- Survival! Making sure, that they have enough for tomorrow, and have a specific goal in their life (One is a home!)

You see, the people, I spend my time with this week are immigrants, who are doing ok in their lives. They own businesses, self-employed, or making a good enough salary. They don't want to live poor, or act poor. It's a bad mindset to think like this!

Another type, are the ones, that had limited income for their retirement. That's acceptable! They have to budget to stay retired, and don't go back to the work force, which is understandable! I won't too! It's great to not work, and enjoy life, if one can do it! Be smart, & Manage your money well.

What bother me is that I know of a couple of people, who are rich, or you want to say Wealthy. What do I mean???? What would you say about someone, that is worth around 8-10 Millions in Real Estate, and is getting cashflows from their apartment buildings. Is that rich, or wealthy? I can tell you this! You wished you had it! If you can't relate to that, then how about someone worth a million in real estate, and saved over 200K? Still don't want to spend a dime. All they say is "No Money!" They look for all the free stuff, like newspapers, eating, shows, and movies, but they forget one thing, they lost their time! I guess, that doesn't mean anything to them, but time is not important to them!

Anyway, to get back on track, these people, don't want to spend a dime on anything! They want to "just get over on anything, or person!" They're always telling people, that they don't have money at all, which is FULL of BULLSHIT! Yeah, right! Where did all that money go??? Up their Asses??? I know, they didn't spend it on any of the 5 evils- smoking, drinking, gambling, women, and drugs, b/c they don't do those thing. Why??? B/c it cost MONEY!

These are the one, people hate the most. I don't know what they are thinking about??? They think that they don't have any money. If you see, what I see. You'll be SHOCKED! They'll steal and cheat, just to get over on anyone!

I mean C'mom, you have money! "What's up with that", as Mr. Stump would say!

My opinion is that their mindset is all twisted! Or is it like My friend, Dean told me, they broken souls, or people! To me, they're kind of lost, not know what to do!

They'll learn or haven't learn about inflation! That'll eat their incomes.

Next, I'll write about what I learn and observe watching them, and was surprised to find!

Have Anyone Had Fresh Abalone?????

Man, Was it good!!!

Like I wrote, these people (especially the men) did all the cooking, b/c they love it, and love to eat. It was totally non-stop eating and cooking!

We ate Abalone porridge (Jook, rice soup or congee), soup, marinated, and raw! If you haven't eaten fresh abalone, you're missing out! It's like "Wow! The Taste! No wonder, Asians love it!

No wonder, these people rent houses, and everyone goes to it!

As yourself, where can one get fresh abalone soup, or even abalone soup anywhere???? You CAN'T! No one sells it, or makes it for sale!

You figure, it's 100.00 a pound to buy. We're eating it for the last 2 days.

This is Really Abalone heaven, heheheh !!!

Lucky us, and everyone, that attended!

Went to Mendocino for 2 days.

My friends rented a house in Mendocino by Cabrillo Point.

There were about over 10 people staying there.

Went diving at Fort Bragg, Jack Peters Creek, and

All of us, caught Abalones for a BIG Abalone breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus more!

Besides Abalone, we had a BBQ- steaks, pork, chicken wings, corns

Something about the people, I went with. Man, these people were eating non-stop, somehow!

Since, we came back for AB diving with our catches. They have been cooking and eating almost non-stop! It was like eating heaven there!

Hey, why not! They deserved it! They work hard, and play hard!

They make money, and they enjoy it!

The cost to rent the house for 2 days, is 900.00+.

Had A Good Laugh!

I was approached by one of my roommates, which is a female. She was very friendly. More than usual. Anyway, she called by my whole name "Robert." Also, being nice too.

Well, she told me what her gay friend gave her. A hand full of DVD's. She asked me to choose one, anyone! I pick one. I couldn't lose, b/c they were all male DVD's. Her and her friend started to laugh, and I thought it was funny.

I like all my roommates. Most of them are females, but I looking for a male to fill the last room. It's nice to have some people with different personalities.

Tired, had a looooooooonnnnnggg day!  ; )

Take life, one day at a time!

Signing out,

Rob

June 8, A Long Unexpected Day

Today, I didn't do much, at least I thought I didn't do much.

The day started at 6am, I didn't want to get up, so I slept. Woked up at 7am, and sat around. Started planning my day.

10am drove my roommate to the Richmond district. I was planning to go diving, but it was getting late, so I cancelled out. My roommate loves the food on Clement Street, so he was shopping for some lunch.

11:15 am, we went to pick up some free movies pass, but went to the wrong place. Later, we founded the place and got ours free passes for "The Taking of Phelham 123,"

11:45 am, I had to stop my the San Francisco Sheriff's office to check on my eviction of my unit on June 10,. Asking about can I remove the locks myself. The answer is "Yes!"

After that, we went to the library to use the net for 2 hours.

Went by home, by 2:30pm to have some lunch and take a nap, before I go to Oakland to look at a property at 4pm.

Viewed the property, and went to see one of the investor's own property at Point Richmond. Property was worth 1 Million before, but now, it's around 600K. 40% drop, and maybe still dropping. This is a new development there.

Didn't make it back to San Francisco, until 7:30pm. Planning on going to a party at Jullian's in San Francisco, which starts at 7pm-9pm. Hey, I have a chance to make it there, but got a call from someone about a Free Nordic Track Machine. They want me to pick it up immediately, but I had to rescheduled it, b/c I was hungry, and wanted to eat.

Got to the party around 8pm, they had chips with spinach dip, buffalo wings, vietnam rice rolls, Calamari, and quesadillas. Is that some foods????? Well, it's Free, so "Beggars can't be chosey!"
I was full now, and had to work, Damn it!

Finished & had to walk back to the car to go home & pick up the Nordic Track machine. I decided to call my roommate to see where's he's at. He was down the block, and I asked if he needed a ride home, since I was on my way there. In less than 3 minutes, I pick him up and drove him home. Can't have a better roommate than me, lol. (Just Joking, or Kidding!)

Pick up the Nordic Track, it was in good shape. I was happy I got it, but hope I could use it.

After that, I had to met up with one of my roommate, for the rent. Want to penalize her, but I won't. I guess, I'm too nice of a guy. (What a stupid guy, with a dumb concept!)

Now, I'm writing my blog, finally!

What a day for the Robster! The day never ends with him. SHIT! : (

P.S. Man, I'm Pissed. I'm going diving tomorrow, for sure!

Rob Is Returning to Blogging???????

Just have been busy, and thinking about my life, and other things going on.

Unfortunately, I have to do an eviction on a long time friend (about 36 years), but that's not my fault. He was given a couple of months. What can I do?

If I wasn't his friend, he would have been "OUT" already. No one is going to tolerate this. Btw, he doesn't live there anyway. Why pay all the rent, when he's not there. Also, if he was a real friend, he wouldn't make me go through the legal process of evicting him.

Also, I've an empty room, that I like to rent out. I have to check the new rent board law in San Francisco. It's not easy to be a landlord in San Francisco. Too much pro-tenant laws to work against the landlord.

Maybe, after all this. I'll start blogging again. Something I really, really enjoy, but at times, I feel lazy.

So, will I return??????? That's the mystery of Rob................heh, heh, lol?????

June 1,- Java 1 is in San Franicisco!

I'm at Community One, before Java 1, opens tomorrow in San Francisco.

Got some goods (t-shirts (try not to get too many of them), pens, other misc....)

Just waiting for the 6pm reception party here in Moscone Center.

I'll report late about it.

Can wait for the event in Java 1, and the parties for the next 3 days!

Haven't Been Posting Lately!

Sorry, I haven't been posting lately. Just taking a break and be lazy. Kind of enjoy myself without writing or doing anything, which is not a good thing- sometimes!

I find that if I do something, and really get motivated by it. I start rolling along, and then pick up speed on whatever I do. I like that!

I'm kind of motivated about writing about things, b/c of some of the things I seen, or the parties that I go to.

And life continues for Rob.........................................................

Leaving Saigon now.

I'll be leaving in a few hours. I don't know how the system, works here. Maybe, next time, I'll get it.

Will be back in Manila around 7pm +.

Let see how I view Manila now, after I've been to a chaotic and hectic country, which is the norm to them, but not to me.

Well, I've been to many Asia countries, so I, expect this, anyway! ; 0

Too Many Maybe! & Back To The Philippines Tomorrow!

This is a big surprise, b/c there are time, that I don't like the Philippines, but this time, there something about it.

Maybe, I really, really Love my gf, and is looking forward to see her? She might have broke it off, so maybe, I, just want to know? Maybe, I really enjoy it there, after an hectic vacation in Vietnam (my first time!). Maybe, I, just Like The Philiipines............................... Maybe, it's mean that my vacation is ending soon? I'm more excited, b/c this is my last trip, before I go home, and get an earful of " Where were you?" "Why wasn't you there?" Maybe, I'm trying to avoid this, by going home in a slow motion way, so I don't hear this?

Too many maybes', There's got to be some truth to all this???????

Or Maybe, it's just "OMG!" :; 0

Anyway, my flight leaves at 3:15 pm, and arrive in Manila at 7:15pm

Tired! From Walking In Chon Lon (Chinatown) in Saigon

I'm tired as Heck from walking around Chon Lon (Chinatown). The problem is that my feet hurt, b/c I have these cheap flips-flops, that i brought in Bangkok. I can't walk very long with them, even if I wanted to.

I went to a couple of Markets there in Chon Lon: Binh Tay, Kim Chon are two of the wholesale markets there. There's more, but I'm too tired to move, so I took the bus back.

Yes, I rode the bus to try it. It's cool, with a/c, tv, nice seats and the cost is 3K d (about .18 cents USD)

Funny, I didn't get lost today, and I rode the bus too. : 0

Went To Pho 2000 In Saigon

This place is where President Bill Clinton, stopped by to have a bowl of "Pho" to eat.Which makes this place, very famous to Foriegners & other people.

I went there to have grilled pork with rice for 35,000 d, and a fruit drink 16,000 d. Ice 2,000 d. total cost: 53,000 d (3.00 USD).

It was very good, and delicious, and the fact, that our President, want to go there to eat in 2000, when he was touring Vietnam, and most of Asia.

The Pho, is not bad. I have some tonight for 35K d. Will try other places too.

Good Food In Saigon Tonight

Dino's new friends, Mr. Hi & his brother, whom Dino brought the airline ticket from to Singapore tomorrow.

They took us to eat some Vietnamese dinner, which consisted of:

Stir-fried chinese broccoli
Clams in a broth
Big Snails
Deep-fried Eel
Salted Mackerel, which is lightly fried.

Over 12 heinkens, @ 2.00 USD each.

The total cost is:

650,000 D ($37.00), total is $40.00 USD. including tip of 3.00 (50,000 d) for services.

The food was very good, and cheap to us! We think we got a good deal here! In the States, the cost is over 80.00 to 100.00 or more easily. Well, worth it!

Tomorrow, I'll return the scooter and try walking to places. Too much concentration on getting lost, and the road to avoid accidents. Anyway, I'm tired of getting lost! : (

Got Lost Last Night, Sooooo What Else Is New?

Yes, The Robster got lost AGAIN! How can that happen to an experienced traveler like myself.

Well, let see......................... Well, I wasn't walking, like usual & I was at night. Oh yeah, I was also, driving the scooter. Forgot to mentioned, that I was wearing glasses, that are kind of weak in prescription, so I don't see so well. That's all the stupid excuses I can't make! On with the show, anyway.....................

Getting Lost? How do I feel? I think of it as an adventure, like in Bangkok. You see things, that you don't see if you just going there. I did notice a lot of things, like a happening night market in District 1, or elsewhere. I reminded me on a beginning in China in 1981, and then again in 1989. There was Sanyo, Toshiba, Signs. Brand name companies on the wall or neon signs in Saigon, such as Motorola, Restaurant, like KFC! (Don't worry, I'll add some more, b/c I was losted, so I needed to get back)

So, it became an adventure, and discovering new things here in Saigon. I'm just feeling the place. With only 5 days to visit, there not too much time here for me, and I don't like to rush things. I like long vacations, so I take it easy, slow, and enjoy it.

If you're lost, you can't notice too many things, b/c you don't know where you're going! You have to concentrate on the road and the traffic to find your way. People here know where they are going, so they concentrate or naturally drive that way..

Overall, tired, watch HBO & napped, then woke up, and everything was closed, b/c it's late! I guess, I didn't need to eat afterall! : (

Just Became One Of The Ants Here In Saigon!

I was taking a nap yesterday, and woked up. Decided to take a drive around Saigon, maybe to Chinatown, when I noticed that traffic in more heavier than usual.

What is this? Well, it's rush hour here in Saigon. Everyone is getting off work about this time 4:30pm.

What's it like??? It's like traffic in Manila, but motorcycles and scooters. Everyone is driving inch to inch and getting in line or out of line to funnel into the streets.

Just look at the ants, when there an army of them. Everyone is fighting to get through traffic. Well, I felt that way here in Saigon. To drive here, where there's more motorcycles & scooters, than cars(I can count a hand full of them). You have to just flow with the traffic, but don't weave in and out. These driver goes with the flow. It's like inertia, moving in one direction.

The problem here is that if someone goes against the grain, that's screw everything or everybody up, and there could be an accident. It seems that it doesn't bother anyone here, b/c they're use to it.

In our country, or westernize countries, there'll be "Road Rage!" People get hurt, beaten up, or killed here. Not here, This is Daily Life, and people do their thing! That's it! That's all you have to do to succeed in life.

"Do your thing, and don't worry about someone else!" Just like Rob, ; )

But Rob's likes sticking his nose into someone else's business! As he was told, by someone! : 0

With Dino In Saigon

Dino, and I, are having a good time, eventhough, we haven't spend even a day here.

He has this laid back style, like all of us, from the States???? No, not really! When we work, we work! When we play, We play!

Dino eat almost anything, like checking out things, knowing how much does it cost, and does he walk, and walk. He's not picky about too many things. We, somewhat what our budget, eventhough we can afford it. But I'm a cheap guy, anyway! Anway, I know for sure, that Dino loves the prices here, if they don't try to get over on us!, lol

To get along with me: I told my gf, "You need to let things flow!" Rob's style! lol I have to say Joking, b/c she'll get mad. What a way to go!

Almost Finished All My Books, That I Brought With Me To Asia

I'm finished with 2 more books:

Buy Even Lower
Short Sales Pre-foreclosure

I have one book with me in Vietnam, and hopefully, I'll finish it here. 101 Commercial Real Estate.About 130 more pages to go!

Why mention that I'm reading books, b/c I have never read that many books before, and again, I will mention, that I don't like to READ!

I'll be down to two copied books, and I'm not sure that I'll be interested in reading it.

1st Meal In Vietnam

We, just had our first meal here, ever in Saigon, Vietnam. While walking and watching uut, that we won't get hit by any motorcycles. We started to get hungry, and wanted to get something to eat. We saw a restaurant, that had many people, looks like locals, eating there.

Anyway, Me & Dino had "Pho (68,000/2 d)," spring rolls (17,000d), (1) Beer (16,000d) , (1) Ice Tea (2,000d). The total cost: 103d (5.88 USD) for two people. Can't beat that!

Now, for the food, we think it was very good, and better than the States. The noodles tasted good, and the beef was not bad! Spring rolls were very tasty! Heinken for around 1.00 USD, Tea for less than .15 cents.

Tomorrow, let see what's happening then! ; )

In Vietnam Now!

Just arrived a few hours ago, after looking for a cab to get down to the downtown area of Saigon, which is District 1,

Not much to report yet, but judging from the looks of this place. It's reminds me of China in 1981, when everything is not settle yet. There's ton of motorcycles, few cars, people everywhere. I don't see people walking around much. We'll see, when I start to walk around.

Tomorrow, I'll try to go to District 5, which is Chinatown in Saigon.

Going To Vietnam Tomorrow

I'm going to Vietnam tomorrow for the first time ever! Let see why the Vietnamese people didn't want to leave. They told me that their country is a beautiful place.

It sounds like countryside, or provinces, that these people are talking about. I'm sure there are lot of money to be made there. I don't think I'll have the time to see that. Just going there for 5 days (3/8-3/13) to see what's going on there.

I'm sure the country is still backward, and maybe, I'll exchange my money, but I'm might stick to the US dollar, while I'm there!

Will be leaving at 12:45 Sunday. Will keep, everyone post, if possible. If internet is too expensive, then I'll wait, until I return back to the Philippines.

Cost of the Ticket with Philippines Airlines is 230 USD. Visa costed 50 USD, a day to get it, and in only 15 min.

Met Up With Dino

Called Dino, this morning.

Dino founded out that I live in the Malate area. Around 5mins from where he stays. I thinks that he knows where I am. I stay on M.H. Del Pilar, by Gen. Malvar. I have a view of Manila Bay!

Dino told me, that he would like to check out the place that I'm staying, b/c it maybe in his price range to stay in Manila. He's thinking about staying in the Philippines, and maybe, working or have a business there to keep him busy.

He came by and he liked the place. The cost is around 25K ps. around 30K with utilities. Around 600 Usd a month. The building I live in is for foriegners. No Filipinos want to pay that kind of rent, and for that size, if they can get a house.

Malate is a party and entertainment area. Many locals go there to party, every weekends.

Dino In Manila!

My friend's John Malilay, best friend is in Manila today. Dino texted me. He returning from Davao, from golfing .

He told me that not much is happening in Davao. So, back to Manila for him. He thinks it's more exciting here in Manila, like I think so too!

We plan to hook up tomorrw!

Back In Manila (Monday Morning)

We arrived back in Manila on 2:30am. The drive took us 5 7 1/2 hours to get back.

Our first stop back is to eat, yaaaaaaa!!! Hungry at Hell!

My gf's daughter, Laiza is flying when she's driving. Her nickname is "Rabbit," that's what my gf cals here., b/c she can move non-stop.

Going to Quezon City to eat at a place called "Mr. Kebab. It's ok, and the cost is at less 700 ps for the 4 of us. That's with drinks too.

Tired and sign out!

It's Panabenga Festival In Baguio! And We Didn't Know!

We didn't know there was a festival in Baguio. We, only wanted to celebrate my gf's no birthday there.

I found out that the festival is called Panabenga, and it's the biggest one here in the northern Luzon. They'll be having events and parades on Saturday and Sunday. It's has to be big here, and everywhere in the Philippines, b/c it's on TV, with some stars!

We're going to have a hard time doing things here, b/c of the crowds and prices are going up!

The plan is to site seeing, horseback riding, and eating fresh foods. of course, since they are all women, shopping! ME, just checking things out, and why people like to come up here! Long drive, like going to Los Angeles, but risking my life, lol! : 0

Rob, just delivered a low blow! : 0

Saturday: Arrived In Baguio around 7am

As I woked up, from the drive, of course, we're stopping and getting eats and drinks along the way, like in the States highways. There's your typical McDonald, KFC, Of course, Jollibee's (Can't be without one, lol!) There's a lot of their buggers, like 300+ in all of the Philippines. Actually, I want to kill that Bee!!!

As we approached Baguio, there are all these landscape and high mountains. Kind of breathtaking. Our first stop, before Baguio City is the Loin head, which was refurbish! The roads to Baguio is winding and not very safe, maybe, that's the way they drive here. I don't think they think about safety first, they rather get there.

Really, it doesn't make sense, if you get in an accident, or killed. Just so you can rush to get there??? Doesn't make sense!

Anyway, that's just my opinion, and the people here have their own!

Just Rob trying to have a good time! ; )

Friday: Left For Baguio Late Night

We left for Baguio, at 12:30am. It's a long drive and will take around 6 hours drive to get there!

This will be my first time up this far in the Luzon province in the Philippines

I heard a lot about Baguio, that it is suppose to be like San Francisco, cool weather and hilly. We shall see! ; )

Yesterday, Ate At Inasal (All-You-Can-Kain!)

We ate at Inasal for some Filipino BBQ with all you can eat Kain (Rice).

They are famous for their BBQ chicken. The cost is 95 pesos. We had 2 sinigangs, 1) bangus, 1) beef, 2) cokes all for 216 pesos. My gf didn't want to try the beef sinigang, b/c she said, "it might not taste good?" I told her, "If we don't try it, how will we know?" We ordered it, and she try it. She said, "wow, it taste good!" I told her, "Sometimes, you have to try something to know, how it taste?"

I was able to eat 4 bowls of rice. I need this, so I can mix it with my sinigang soup or sauce.

Overall, Taste good! ; )

I Love Bangus (Milk Fish), But I Hate To Eat Fish!

Well, some fish, I'll eat, but barely!

What's a Bangus????

It's the Philippines National Fish! (Milk Fish)

I heard it's very popular in Southeast Asia. The Asian love eating this fish.

I love eating Bangus! Fried or bbq is good. Eat it with vinegar & rice or garlic rice, Mmmmmmm. Oh, the best part, is the Bangus' belly!

The funny part is that I don't real like eating fish. It depends on what kind of fish it is, before I'm willing to eat it. I don't like Lapia Lapia, perch, etc................

I like game fish, like Salmon, Halibut, Yellow tail (raw, not cooked),

I like Sushi too!

Rock cod, depends on which ones?

I love spearfishing, when I'm diving, but like to shoot fish, that I like to eat.

Books That I'm Reading Now!

I think I came with more books, than the things I have in my luggage. Probably, the most things I had is a box with things for my gf and family.

Books that I have been reading:

Still Reading:

Short-Sale Pre-Foreclosure Investing by Dwan Bent-Twyford & Sharon Restrepo (pg 39)
Commercial Real Estate 101, forward by Donald Trump, David Lindahl (pg 61)
Buy Even Lower by Andy Heller, and Scott Frank (Ch 7)
What Every Real Estate Investor Needs To Know About Cashflow by Frank Gallinelli (pg 49)

Books that I finished:

The Dream by Gurbaksh Chahal
Successful Real Estate Investing in Real Estate in a Boom or Bust Market

Will Read:

Bubble Proof by Tonja Demoff
The Casual Millionaire by Tonja Demoff

Hopefully, I will finish all of them. I know that I will be finished with at least 6 books.

I can tell you this, I am able to learn something new from all the books that I read. I'm not much of a book reader, but I love these subjects. The key to reading in find a subject that you find interested in. So far, I love all the books that I've been reading!

While on vacation, it's not easy to read all the time. There are times I'll read only a few pages, to a chapter a day, or a couple of chapters a day. The problem here is that it's HOT here! Which makes you want to sleep! That's why people say that certain people are lazy from those countries. They don't realize, that for some people. It's hard to work in this kind of weather. To me, it depends on your motivation!

"Reader Rob" signing off!

Bon Voyage, Chris!

Chris left this morning on a 7am flight on Northwest Airlines.

He told me last night, that he had to leave his hotel room at 5am to get to the airport in Manila.

I had only seen him once, but he told me that he wanted to spend time with his wife, and works things out with her. I don't think he accomplish that goal.

Anyway, I hope he had a good time here in the Philippines.

Bon Voyage, Chris!!!

I'll see and talk to you in San Francisco in the end of March.

; )

My First Friend In The Philippines

What so funny about this is, that I don't know too many people in the Philippines.

On Tuesday, while waiting for Chris, who is late, b/c he's stuck in traffic. Jun shows up, and we were talking in front of UCC Cafe in Robinson's. We didn't want to stand up waiting for another 20-30 min., so Jun suggested that we go to Starbuck's to sit down to wait.

As we started to walk, Jun mentioned, that "hey, that looks like Ron!" It is Ron Dizon! We called out to Ron, and started to small chat with him about real estate, gfs, his business, and how's everything! Also, I met Jun from Ron's group!

What a coincidence to see Ron, b/c he's business is located in Luneta Park area. I'm there every other day walking the dog. I tell my gf, that I want to visit Ron, or I should visit him. I, also told Jun, the same thing. And now, there he is! You see, Ron Dizon is my first cashflow player/friend, that contacted me.

That's two in a Row within a week! All by coincidence! Ron and Mark, but there won't be a third one, b/c Frank had passed!

Quiapo With Chris

This might be the only time, I see Chris here in the Philippines, so we spend some time together looking for some pirated DVD. While in Quiapo, I noticed that all or most of the DVD are copied in Blue Ray. The most advance technology in DVD today. They claimed that it cannot be copied.

I guess the're wrong b/c these DVD are everywhere here in Asia. I don't think the're in the States yet, but I'm expecting them to be there, when I arrive home in late March.

I brought Iron-man, Hulk 2, The Punisher 2, The Dark Knight, The Departed, Hancock, Madgascar 2, and jThe Tale of Despereaux. All for 200 pesos.

While Chris brought most of the latest one, that are showing in the Movies. I didn't want to buy them, b/c I didn't want movies copied from the movies. I'm interested in DVD copied movies. They're more crystal clear, and better to watch. If I have kids, maybe, I'll buy them to entertain them, but I don't!

Anyway, Chris was hot and tired, b/c he came back to his room around 4am, he told me. So I walked with him back to the LRT, so he can get back to his room to rest.

As for me, I had to pick up some eyeglasses for my friend, Ken. After that, I took the LRT back for 12 pesos to avoid the busy 5pm traffic jam in Manila.

I'm now at Jun's place writing blogs, and email people.

Strange: I Met Someone From The Past!

As I attend the morning Cashflow game in Makati at 10am, a young man approached me, and asked me, "Do you remember me?" I said, You're.................. Let me think, I know....... Aaahh, That's it, thinking, Yes, You're "MARK!" We talked a little, then I had to get back to playing the game.

Around 1:05, Jun informed me that we had to leave, and I looked for Mark again. I told me that it was nice seening him again, since I have'nt seen him for quite a while. That was 2001. You see, Mark was the second person, who ever contacted me to want to learn and play the Cashflow game FREE! At that time, I have losted a lot of Money, around 500K, est.

Anyway, Ron Dizon was the first to contact me, then Mark, and Frank..............................., That kind of started it all. I was kind of puzzled with the people here, since this is my first time back to the Philippines, since 1986. I didn't understand why my turn out was so low. Neverless, it was a success, and I met some wonderful people, and I've been coming back here since.

Getting back to Mark, I told him, that I was wondering about "What happened to Mark?" I don't know why? I've been back to the Philippines many times, but this time, I wonder what and where's Mark? After all, this time, where's this guy? And here he is!

That's funny, and I have the cashflow game to thanks for the connection. I have many good memories with the players from this game. From good to Bad, and back around. It's almost like a reunion, and meeting someone again from the long distances that I traveled, and now, seeing him again. What are the Odds? I hope this time around, he'll be financially free!

Rob's have a fun time in Manila and his travels!

Enjoy!!! ; )

Yesterday, Busy Schedule

I will be attending two Cashflow games. One is set up by this group- Pinoymoneytalk.com @ 10am in the Makati area, and the second is set up by Jun and Lia @ Ongpin around 1:30pm.

After that will be Badmintion in Ongpin around 5pm.

I have to be home by 10pm or the gf will freak out. You know, accusing me of messing with the ladies, lol! So, what elses is NEW! ; )

Saturday: A Mad Rush To Do Things In Bangkok

Yes, this is our last day in Bangkok, and I need to show my gf the weekend market, Finally!

She have been complaining and complaining about going, not going and the "I don't really care about going there" attitude! Finally, we make it there on the last day of our 17 days stay in Bangkok (no where else ).

First, we had to check out and put all our luggage at the hotel lobby, bc we didn't want to pay another extra day. Time is about 1pm

next, we had to make a last stop at Bo Bae to try to buy something, but wasn't successful. Time is about 2:30p

After that, we went to the MRT to go to the Weekend Market, which took about 30 min to get there by the subway. It's about 3:30pm now. We spend two hours there.

She brought some things and we went back to Chinatown to eat, bc we were running out of time!

When we arrived on Hua Lumphong MRT station, which is the end of the line. She was hungry and needed to go to the restroom. The restroom is located on the Hua Lumphong Train Station. As we exit, she mentioned to me, "That's IT!" That's Roti Buns! WHAT??? I said. The story goes like this: all the time we spend looking for this bread company on Siam Square, which closed down, was right here all this time. When we looked for this Roti Bun, she didn't know the name of the company, " Only Roti Bun" . We spend hours looking for this company, and no luck at all. Now, it's right here and the name was "Mr. Bun!"

As she brought 4 of these buns for 12 bahts each, went to the restroom, which she insisted that I go with her. I mean, "C'mom do I have to go with you" Christ, It's the restroom is over there and you can go by yourself routine.

Afterward, we brought some crepes for 30 & 25 bahts, bc Cebu Pacific flight, doesn't give you any foods or drinks on the plane, but they'll sell you these items.

The time is 6:45p, and we jump on the bus back to Chinatown main area. She's hungry, and I told her earlier that I'll take her to eat some jumbo shrimps or prawns. The place that we wanted to go, was PACKED! We couldn't wait, and my gf got upset about the way the waiter treated us. (if you seen it, they've treated anyone that way. There's just too many people waiting)

So we lefted, and went to the next block to eat. Remember now, that this is Chinatown and the weekend, so there a lot of people and tourists eating out on the street. That's the way Chinatown is all over the world, at least, that's what I know of.

I ordered Oysters with scrambled eggs, which is famous to eat in Southeast Asia. In order for this to be really good, the Oysters have to be really fresh. It's was ok to me, and the cost 100 bahts. She didn't eat it, and complained that it was oily and didn't taste good. I think she, just doesn't know or like Chinese foods. The whole trip for her was KFC, McD, Mr. Donuts. I told her that you should try the other foods, bc you can eat that at home!

7:30p now, and finished eating. I went across the street to order some pork fried-rice to go, but it took so long, bc they had a lot of order and is cooking the food one at a time. Cost 30 bahts.

8P, we make it back to the hotel to pick up the luggages, and off we go to catch the bus to the airport. Gf is dying to go home to Manila.

Waited for the bus, until 8:22, then missed the stop at the Victory Monument. The cost for an a/c bus is 14 bahts.

Waited for some time for the 551 airport bus. finally it came around 9:22, the cost is 34 bahts each.

We get to the end of the bus terminal, and had to take an free airport shuttle bus to international terminal. The time is 10:15pm. Being a wise guy, I mentioned, that "What if we don't make it?", "We might have to spend another day?" Getting this look, that's isn't so kind! Maybe a dirty look!

Make it passed immigration & security check points. Stop to eat some of the foods that we brought.

When mentioned that "this is your last chance to stay!" and I laughed!

Get to the sitting area before the plane, we're on!

She smiles and says to me, "FINALLY, I'm going HOME!"...............................................

Are you sure????? What if we crash????? I mentioned, and laughed. I wasn't well received, lol

Signing Out, and What a day!

Rob ; )

I LOVE BANGKOK IN SOME WAYS!!! Oh, what the hell, I like all big cities! ; )

Thursday: Erawan Temple By The World Cental

I had to go to this temple, b/c it's on the open street and is very popular among tourists. It seems that everybody goes there.

One has to pray, put inscent sticks, candles and flowers to the gods on all 4 sides. Some people pay to have a Thai dance to the gods, while kneeling down and praying.

Also, like all religions, there's the people out front of the temple, selling all the items you need to ccomplete your prayers to the gods.

I'll be going to more temples tomorrow to ask for more forgiveness from my parents and the gods for treating my parents very bad, when I was growing up! Asked my mother for forgiveness, but never to my father. Now, I'll ask for that tomorrow.

What a shame! It took me 49 years in my life to realize this! : (

Bad News On Tuesday From The States

I was thinking about my Mom, so I called there from Bangkok.

The person told me. " You don't know?" I said, "Know about what?" He told me, that my mom had passed away couple of weeks ago. I was shocked and upset. I felt very irresponsible about not being there.

You see, I visited my mother almost everyday and as much as I can to keep her spirit and give her support as much as I can.

For me, that's the happiest moment in my life! My mom, just being alive, seeing her, holding her hand and talkng to her was enough for me.

For Those that don't know, maybe someday you'll understand this? There's only one Mother in your life, so make the best of it! They give you the best that they can do, and I think you should return the obligation!

I haven't been the best son in the world for both of my parent, but I did asked for my mother's forgiveness on her bedside. As disoriented as my mother was, she acknowledged this! That made me feel like something lifted off my chest.

All I can tell everyone is to love their parents, b/c I know and realize I do! Unfortunately, it took me 49 years of my life to realize this. This is very SAD!

I LOVE YOU, MOM & DAD! THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL LIFE YOU GIVEN ME!

P.S. I'll be going to the temple tomorrow!

Lounge Lizard's Hang Out

They had a round table discussion about the States, and the devaluation of the USD.

Some were saying that the States are Fucked! Some disagreed. I put in my 2 cents. I mentioned that if the States falls, than the rest of the world will fall and suffer along the way.

Other discussion was on the middle east, on how they were divided, and is it right that the foreigner had a hand in it? The Arabs did side with the Germans and lost the war. In war, if you lose, you get conquer, and lose your land. Why else would they be fighting for? That's what most war is about.

It was interesting, but I had to leave, b/c I left my gf in the room. She wasn't feeling well today.

The time was 12:15am

Pizza With Bangkok Buddy

It's all you can eat pizza (Thai style) for only 149 bahts, with drinks. I wasn't too impress with the pizza, b/c I eat pizza all over the world. For Thailand, it's ok, but not for me.

Bangkok buddy Loves eating all you can eat/ buffets, b/c he wants to gets his money worth, and he loves to eat, eat, and eat. He claims that I eat more than him, but I don't think so. I, just pace myself better, and know better not too. I have to control myself, or I'll pay the price for stuffing myself. : ()

Full for the day!

Friday- Finally, My Front Implants Are IN & Finished!

Yes, they are finally in place. How is it? The're all right, I guess.

Hey, what am I complaining about? I have teeth now, better than no teeth at all and wearing denture, which is a bitch and uncomfortable to wear.

Maybe in a few months, everything will be cool. I, probably need more, as the dentist recommended. My gf told me that she can get me better pricing in the Philippines. We shall see!

Look MOM, I can Smile NOW!

: )

Buffet In Bangkok (Thursday)

I met up with the famous Bangkok Buddy to eat Buffet in Bangkok. The place is called "Oishi," it's a all you can eat place for 380 bahts, but you have only 1 hour and 15 min. to finish.

It's all Japanese foods. It was good, but I don't like the time frame of having to finish eating by this time, or else?

I ate many food, and B-Buddy, really enjoy himself. My gf didn't go, but she walked around to check out the shopping in Robinson's. She didn't like it. She's more stuck on Philippines is better, like I think America is Better. Yeah! But we're in Thailand, and not at any of these places, so enjoy yourself.

What I can't stand is someone bitching about the place they travel to. Why are you here??????? Why bother going??? You're suppose to enjoy it, and explore to see new things in life. There are many things in Thailand, that they don't have in other countries.

As I get older, I realized that I have been to many places, where many people I know have never been to. I'm blessed.

Thanks, Mom and Dad for the wonderful life, I have!

Eating In Bangkok Chinatown

I love eating here. Price is right (30-50Baht). All the Chew Chau Chinese food I can eat. I told me gf, that I can stay here and eat, eat, eat!

The other day, we were eating. The food (seafood platter) was good, but I forgot to tell them not to make it spicy. So, the food was very hot for both of us. My gf, ended up eating most of the seafood platter. The cost was only 65 bt. I had to eat again, so I ate the chicken over rice, which costed about 30 bt. It was good, and I was a happy camper.!

Yesterday, we had Big Prawns! 10 Prawns for 300 bt. That's a deal. The prawns weren't too fresh. Oh, well, next time, we'll try to different place. Going to do that again! I like it!

Chinatown: Traffic Problems

Traffic is really something around here (Bangkok): From traffic jams to Jaywalking!

There's one thing I can tell you is, that if you're not alert, you can be injured, or killed. My gf brought it to my attention, that there aren't too many traffic light, and people here don't follow the law. Everyone is jaywalking. That's not the problem. It's the way they are doing it. These cars are going pretty fast for being in cities street.

Manila, has the same problem, but the traffic is much slower. Outside of Makati, everything is fair game in Manila. it's another world! Same in Bangkok, if you're in the tourist areas, it's not that bad, but if you're outside of there............................... LOOK OUT!

Of course, this is ASIA, and there will be no COMPENSATION HERE!

But in the States, it's reverse!

I LOVE AMERICA!!!

Lost, Lost, Lost In Bangkok

Well, not really, but according to my gf, we are always LOST! I know where we are, or going, but she doesn't have any patience, so she feels lost!

As she complains, I told me that if you can do any better, you show me the way! That shut her up, and she gives me a smirk look. You know, who's BOSS! The Robster, finally Wins one! ; )

People, you know, in reality you can't win, lol! Women, only make you think you won! Damn, but it's good for ours egos, guys! OH, NO !! : 0

Yesterday, Went To Khao San Road

Yesterday, It was funny, b/c I hadn't taken the boat in maybe 15-20 years in Bangkok.

I stay in Chinatown, and didn't realize that the boats are only 5 min. away. The first boat in some many lost years, I took, just went across the river. We, both started laugh, b/c it was silly, that we didn't know better.

After that, we took the express to Khao San, which is # 13 exit. We walked around and I visited an old friend, Boonchai, whom I know, since 1986. SHIT! how time flys. I was only 26 then.

We got around to talking about the past and all the bullshit, then I left to eat at Mcdonald's on my gf's requested. Of course, I would never go, unless I have to go. I'm not going all the way to Asia to eat at McD's. I'll eat there if I want to try something there, that we don't have in the States, like Mc fried Chicken, or a taro pie.

After that we walked to Bo Bae, then back to Chinatown.

All We Did Was Walk, Walk, Walk In Bangkok

My gf was complaining, but I wouldn't hear it! Hah, you wished it was like that! When a woman complains, you'd better listen, b/c you're going to hear a ear full!

I admit it, that it isn't right, but she told me it's okay, when we started out. Then as the walk progressed, it got worst for her. I don't know, maybe I'm used to walking and doing things by myself in Bangkok or everywhere I'm at. I'm use to being solo, and now it's two doing things.

But, you know what, she's a tough woman, but she, just got use to having a easy, good life in the Philippines. I don't blame her.

Anyway, the blisters on my feet is the proof that I'm tired and sored by the end of the day.

Just Went To My Second Dental Appointment

How is it? You asked???? It's like getting punched in the mouth, but you have to pay for it!

SHIT! it HURTS!!!

Will complete the final dental implants on friday. So, stay tuned!
HURTS, like HELL!!! : (

Rob

Lost In Bangkok!

Yes, The Robster does get LOST, even in Bangkok. Although, I've been here on and off for 20+ years, I still get LOST, and the worst part is with my gf, and that's not pleasant thng to do with other people with you, but it does happen, if you hang out with Rob.

Anyone, who doesn't get lost, especially in Los Angeles is not human! Bangkok is understandable, b/c most Thais can't speak english, so you're in Shit Creek, dude!

It's not that easy, unless you're in the tourist areas. Outside of Bangkok, you're Fucked, unless you know, a little Thai. The Robster can, just barely get by! Can you imagine asking where the bus is, and they don't have the slight idea, What you're talking about????????

Luck me, ; )

Keeping my fingers crossed! ; )

Jan 22, (Second Day Out)

Traffic, Traffic Traffic!

Traffic jams, people everywhere, pollution, aaaahhhh, Life in the big City. I LOVE IT! I love Manila, but I love all big Cities, especially San Francisco (My home city).

All the excitement and dramas that comes along with it. To others it's CRAZY!!!, but the NORM to these people. That's what electricfy a city and gives it this glow and energy!

Everyone comes into the big cities for one purpose is the make money. Most of the people are hustling and bustling. That's all big cities. If you don't do it, it'll swallow you up!

Still sleeping, and resting long.

Let See Now.........................My First Day Out

Was my birthday. I didn't tell my gf, when is my birthday, so I had a quite celebration to myself.

For Lunch:

We ate at home. The cost for 3 of us is 150ps (3.15 USD). I was happy and satisfy of the lunch.

At Night:

We went to eat at Luneta Park area. Me, my gf, daugther and sister-in-law (Maid). 4 of us, eating costed around 300 ps (6.30 USD). It wasn't bad for the price for 4 people.

Today, I'm still tired and sleepy. It'll take about a couple of days to get adjusted.

Here In Manila Now! Jan 20,

I'm here finally. Most of my time is resting and sleeping. Jet lag and tired most of the time here.

Haven't been out on the first arrival yet.

Btw, I Got Fined For Missing My Last Flight

Yes, It's no laughing matter!!!  I missed the flight, and have to pay 150.00 USD for it. When I went to my ticket agent, she told me that the fine is 250.00 USD. I was extremely upset about it, but she told me that what they charged. I know that she and the other middle people want to make money.

Oh well, I guess I'm not going to use or do business with her again. I think it's a bad policy. She'll start losing customer. I'm not blaming her, but it's the way it went, that upset me. She has to think about it! She can't say, "well too bad!" She should have figure a solution to this. I didn't blame her for the last flight, that she'd screwed up!

Ok, two can play this game.

P.S. What my gf doesn't know is that her immature and attitude costed me 250.00 USD. I could have use it on her family, instead I'm giving it to the corporation. What a dumb shit, I am! STUPID!!!

Leaving Tomorrow, Jan 19, At 12 Noon

Yes, I'm finally leaving. All I have to do is meet my friend, George W. (A GREAT Friend, Friends like George, you don't want to lose!) and pick up the luggage from his car, when he's going to work, and stopping by the airport to drop off my luggage.

The reason to this is that I need to leave my car in an area, when there's no street cleaning. I can't leave it in San Francisco. For sure, I'll be ticketed and towed, when I return back to San Francisco in about a month or so.

After I leave the car in San Mateo, I'll hop on the bus and go to the airport to wait for George as he gets ready to go to work and the airport around 9-9:30 am.

And that's how I'm going to do this, without missing my flight, like the last time!

Going Stand-By At This Time Is Tough, Especially Hong Kong

It's a tough time to get on the plane to Hong Kong, although I'm going to the Philippines first, this causes a Big Problem for me. Usually, it's not tough to get on stand-by (Yes, I missed my flight on Cathay Pacific, last Tuesday)  , but it's almost Chinese New Year. Why is it tough?

Every Chinese is going home or going to be there for CNY. Even I like to be in Thailand to see how they have CNY. I've been to the Philippine for CNY.  Well, to get back to the story, I try to go stand-by on Tuesday morning. Well, no dice! There were over 10+ people waiting to get on. Can you guess how many stand-by passenger got on?  NONE!  Yes, not a single person standing by. The flight is totally FULL!!!  Shit, Can't go again, and now I have to haul all the crap back home, and no one to call, or bother at 12:15am to get me a ride.

My gf said, "it's okay, you missed the flight" I told her," it's NOT OK!"  Why did I say that? She doesn't understand that I have to plan and set up everything, so I can leave for a couple months, and hopefully, nothing goes wrong. You know, "Murphy Law" What can go wrong, Will go wrong! It's not easy what I do, Sometimes!

I've to try again, or get me ticket reissued. My problem is that my ticket agent has a family problem and she's a one person show, so she can't help me here. I'm in Limbo now, : (

We shall see what can be done. If not, maybe later in late January.

I'm Still In San Francisco!

Which is ok, and cool. Why, it's starting to get warm here in San Francisco. While the rest of the mid-west to the north east coast is snowing and freezing, we're enjoying the weather here.

Kind of unfair, but that's why the real estate here is so expensive. If you want to live here (California), you'll have to pay the price. Higher wages, but higher rents, and housing cost. Yes, all the housing cost high, b/c of the high salaries, and cost of living here. Why does California survive, b/c the people, who lives here are versatile, and don't rely on only one industry.

I'm Ready To Go Tonight To The Philippines, If I Can Get On?

Yea, I'm going stand-by. That's my only chance to make it on. Hopefully, there's a no-show, then Rob can get on!  That's a Big MAYBE, b/c everyone is going to Hong Kong for Chinese New Year, and the flight that I'm going on is full of Chinese, so it's going to be tough. I believe that I can make it on.

If not, then you,ll be hearing, or seeing posting from Rob  ;  )

If you don't hear from Rob, then Rob's on the plane heading for Hong Kong, then Philippines to visit the Maldita, RM!  Woman, with the bad attitude! Oh Well, I Love This Woman, aaahh, sometimes, when she's not acting up!    : )

P.S. I forgot, got to get those dental work done, so I can smile.   : o

For The Last Two Days.....................................

I worked cleaning up my resident. I clean up so much that I didn't go out yesterday. From 9am to 11:30pm, clean, clean, Clean, and CLEAN!

Why, you asked? I set a goal in the new year, that I'll clean up my place. It's starting to look good and with a lot of space to move around. What a relief!

I asked myself, Why do I want to live like this? We're not slobs, but we're starting to live like it. I admit it. I got tired of it. I think it's not right to cheat yourself out of life. There's a quality of life we are talking about. Anyway, this year I planned to remodel my kitchen and bathroom, so it would be really good to clean up. It feels better this way, and I really like it!!!

Now, the tough part! To ask, NO I mean I'll tell him to clean up. And explain it to him to try to get him to change his overall mindset. I know it's not easy, since it's not his place. If he feels this way, then maybe he should be looking for a new place to stay and storage his JUNKS! That's what most of it is, and I'm not BULLSHITTING!!!

He's not going to ruin my quality of Life, so that he can store his JUNKS at my place. I told him on the phone, that this is a resident, not a warehouse or storage unit. Resident is for living in, not storing JUNKS!

Man, I'm tired!!  : (

Why I had That Problem On Sunday?

I realize that by putting up the security cameras. To protect the property, which is my main concern and goal.

I, Also took away something that the next door neighbor and his fellow friends are doing. Hanging out and drinking. Eventually, they'll come back. Maybe they'll break the camera, that is forseeing them. The cameras are good in a way, and bad in a way. Depends on how you view it. If you're doing something bad, then no, you don't want the cameras there. If you're doing nothing bad, you don't mind, b/c the camera can help people.

My friend's little brother acted very immature about the situation. Not having any results on how to change the situation. Not being reasonable, and telling me something, that he misintrept as invasion of privacy. He's in the public doing something illegal. He has to think about it.

I'm disappointed that I know someone that is like this, and has not mature, eventhough, he's around late 30's to early 40's. I, just wondering when will he learn? Funny, all the guys that I grew up and went to school with in the Misson district are either in jail, dead, or a drug addict. Most of them have a child, never married, work sometimes, or don't work at all.

I wish them all the luck in the world, as for me, I live LIFE!

Signing Out,

Rob

Since The Security Cameras Are Up..................

I noticed that people are not hanging around that much. Today, there was no garbage out on the street corner, since it's garbage day.

The cameras work good. I saw my tenant go into his unit. That's good, b/c I can see and notice things.

Hopefully, the taggers will leave our property alone, while I'm gone!  We shall see.........................

I hope to pick up a DVD recorder, so I can record daily.

I Don't Believe What Happened Today!

As I was installing the security cameras, my long time classmate's brother came over to tell me that what I'm doing is illegal! It's a violation of his privacy. I said, "What?" I have a right to protect my family's property. In my mind, I don't think he know what he's talking about.  He's on the public street, and drink with his buddies on the property next door. His buddies could be tenants there, but not the landlord, b/c I known the landlord for years.

Anyway, let get back to the story. Well, he started to get mad, and told me to remove it. He feels uncomfortable about it. I told him, I'm not looking at his friends. I like to know who's at my door, writing at the walls, or dumping trash in front of the house. I told him to call the police, and if they told me, I'll remove it. This is a civil matter, not criminal.  If he wants to sue, there's nothing I can do.  As he was getting madder, and madder, it was almost like he was going to hit me. As he approach me, I started to move back. I'm not scare, but don't want to stand there and get hit. Why would I allow him, or anyone to "just hit me." That ain't going to fly. What's sad about all this is that I have known this guy, since he had diaper on. I was difficult, b/c I don't want to (physical)  fight over nonsense (I did ask him for a solution, but he didn't give me any. I, just don't want the cameras there. Remember, he doesn't live here. He lives down the street)

B/c I didn't act. He assumed that I'm scare, or afraid of him. That's not the case.  If he thinks he won, he's nuts! I'm approaching 50 in a year, and I'm going to start Shit? That's immature, really!  I talked to Leroy, and Ken, and Leroy told me, " You got to stay away from the FOOL!" A truly waste of time!. Ken told me, "Don't with these people!"

What surprised me is that I didn't think the people I known for all these years, acted like this. Maybe, I'm just naive about it or stupid? Maybe, I, just matured alot through all these years. I learned to walk away from things, b/c they are meanless, and not worth my time.

Maybe this is Karma, When I was an ASSHOLE! Now, it's coming back at me? This cause me to think about my life, and the way I was. To this day, I'm still correcting my self. I don't blame anyone. I DO BLAME MYSELF for some of the things I did. I'm no angel, but I'm no devil either. I go by the theory of "doing what I have to do."

In my heart, I want to fight. My pride don't want to let it go, but I have to. When I got hurt, I felt very vunerable. I don't care how tough you are. If you get seriously injured, you can't do SHIT! No matter how tough, you are!

How I feel and view my life now: I'm learning and growing in my life. And I will continue to do so. I glad I met all the new wonderful people in my life. Life is wonderful, and it's more wonderful with Life With Rob, : )  GOD! I LOVE LIFE, and is the luckiest S.O.B. around.
Thanks Mom and Dad!

Live and Learn,

Just Being Rob,  ; )

P.S.  If anyone have any good opinions on this, let me know.

I'm Still Here, Damn!

There's too much to do. I'm almost done, but I have to do some important things, before I leave.

From priming and painting the living room, cleaning up the messy place, buying things, picking up things, Insurance, bills, cell phone (finally, I got it suspended for 2 months), Setting up security cameras at the house (When I go on a long vacation, whether it's 1 month to 3 months. The house always gets hit with graffiti, and it spoils my coming home trip.

I'm almost ready to go!  ;)

Missed My Flight On Tuesday Morning

Yes, I did, and I didn't do it on purpose neither.  First, things got hecked. Like paying certain bills has to be paid 2 months in advance. Second, I was kind of bummed out, b/c of the gf's attitude.

On the last minute, I call my gf, and she told me to come. I told her, I didn't have any presents. She told me to just come! It was around 11:15am, and the flight leaves at 12:30am. What she doesn't realize that I have to drop my car off to my friend, in San Mateo to avoid getting tickets on my car. If I do that, I have to get a ride back to the airport. I can't get someone to drive me on such a short notice. And look at the time!

So, There's no way I make this flight

Overall, it was a bad day.

Going To The Philippines Tomorrow Night, Am I Excited???

Yes, I'm going to the Philippines. And No, I'm not excited about it. Maybe, b/c my gf is giving me grief and shit! Something I don't need. I'm starting to don't care about going anymore.

Anyone that goes on vacation wants to relax and enjoy their time there. A big plus is with someone you care about or love.

Since this was planned, I know, I'm going to miss mom, dearly. Mom's 94 in age, everyone. I'm just happy to see my mom sometime smile, which makes me very happy, : )

See everyone in 2 months?

Broked Out In Hives

Man, that's one thing I hated the most is breaking out in Hives. Can't get rid of it, until an hour + later.

How did it get it? My roommate, Tom decided to make pizza. Usually, I make pizza out of scratch, but he wanted to make it.  Everyone knows that I loooooooooooovvvvvvvveeee Pizza, like almost everyone else. As you know, Pizza is World Famous and World Loved!  It was ok, but I mentioned to him, that his cost is quite high. Around $20.00 for only one pizza. I told him, he could buy his own at that price. He wanted to experience with the new pre-made dough.

For $20.00, I think I can make about 6-8 pizza for the price. Now, this is from scratch!

ack to the Hives experience:

I think it's either the tomatoes sauce, or the pizza dough. The dough is from Pillsbury. I make my own pizza dough from using Gold Medal. I'm not sure what caused it. Sometime, I think it's this and it's not. I'll eat shrimps, crabs, and other things that makes people break out, sometime, Yes, and sometime, No!  I think it must be a combination of some of the foods.

Anyway, I HATE HAVING HIVES AND BEING ALLERGIC TO SOMETHING!  : (

Have Anyone Got Tired Of Hearing The Same Old SHIT?

Have Anyone Got Tired Of Hearing The Same Old SHIT?

Well, I have! And Maybe that's enough!

Call this a gf, that's not a gf. A gf is someone that comfort, support, be there for you, NOT SHIT ON YOU!

I called long distance, along with the cost, and I get shit! I keep hearing the same old SHIT! Again and Again. I told my gf, if you're trying to get rid of someone, you're doing a good job at it.  Accusing me of cheating, or talking with some girls. Wow, a serious case of cheating : 0,

She thinks that you can scare or threaten me, so I doesn't do that. What she doesn't understand is that her plan may just backfire on her. Unless she want me to leave? Why would someone do this? It's a game................... they play there in the Philippines. To see, how much you want or care about them. It's kind of immature. Kids' game. A case of insecurity. Of course, that's not what she thinks. Many woman do this to test men out. A test that they may or may not pass.

I don't need to be there, but if she can't appreciate someone coming to see her, then I think she has a big problem. I don't need to stay at her place, or need anything from her. Also, I told her, that for the money I send to you. What I spend on her, it'll cost less for me to spend outside. $1,000 USD, goes a loooooooonnnnnggg way in the Philippines, if you know how and where to spend it. I don't need to put up with this Shit! She might think it's funny, but I don't.

Also, with the money I spend there. I can have anything I want. What she can't give me is peace and quiet. I need to rest for the things I do, especially my damaged leg, that need rest to recover.

I'm sure there are other girls that would appreicate me and the things I do. Why stay with someone that don't appreicate and respect me. She needs to find someone that she can bash! Again, I have to repeat this: She need to find someone that she can abuse. :  (

I'll starting to think that she's NUTS! Maybe, she got a mental problem, or something? Who knows, it's getting out of hand. Can you imagine, that someone is flying long distance to see someone, and that person give him Shit! Tolerate? jTolerate, MY ASS! YOU, Don't FUCKING KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT!!!  FUCKING SHIT!!!

Who, in their right mind, would put up with her SHIT!  I won't allow it to go too far. Maybe, this is the future. A Big Problem!  Got to cut my losses and move on!

Sorry, everyone! Got to air this shit out!  Y'all have to excuse me and pardon my rudiness!

Signing Out!

Rob  : (               Oh, Shit!  What the FUCK!!!  Add a little more! I feel like shit!
Have put in my 2 cents!

P.S. What I don't like is that I'm being force to make a decision, not other reasons.

Cleaning Up Today and Yesterday. Tired As Shit!

Today, I'm tired from  yesterday too. All I did was clean, clean, clean and it's still messy. Got my roommate to clean up his mess. I'm pretty sure that he's upset. I told him, that if you're tired of clean up the mess now, it's only going to get worse, b/c you're going to bring more things, if I don't say anything or stop you. So, start now, before it's too late.

If you don't want to do this again, don't start. That's it. I'm guilty of this bullshit too. It's difficulty, b/c of the upbring. You think things are rare, so you pick it up. Later you find out that there are many to go around. What a Sap! Or is that a sucker?  : O

A New Year Has Arrived, 2009 Goals????

Hey, Everybody, or is Yo Everybody!

It's a new year now, so what are you going to do now? Set any good, to great goals, that you can't possibly reach. They have to be attainable, not I'm going to make a Million dollars this year, and I, just working a regular 9-5 job. Well, good "Fucking" luck. I hope you win the "Fucking" lottery, b/c it's very, very rare!

For me, I started yesterday, and continuing today. First thing, first. I vowed to clean up my place and remodel my kitchen and bathroom. It's only right, and if I don't announce it. I'll never do it.

Another one of my goal is to buy a house, and an apartment. I like to do commercial, but it's going to take some time to learn this.

Knowing is one thing, doing is another. You can know alot of things, but one needs to execute to be successful in life. You NEED to Take ACTION!

My Wish for this year is:

Of course, I like my mom to live up to 100+ year. My mom looks young, and sometime, when I look at her. She's like a kid. She makes me laugh, eventhough, she can't talk or walk.

The Robster loves his mom and his Maldita GF, RM!

What Are Friends?

My gf, RM, has so very  wise words:

If you keep making friends, there are alot of opportunities to make enemies!

(From Rob, The Wise One) Or If you didn't have friends, you wouldn't lose any money (Which mean there would be no one to borrow your money, so you won't lose it.  ; p!

The Wise One, also believes that if you want to keep your friends, don't expect much from them and you will not be upset, or mad at them and stop being their friend. Don't forget, it's you, who want or need them to do something for you. They didn't volunteer to do anything! It was you, who asked for help.

Friends are great at time: you can have someone hear you out, cry on their shoulder, air out your bullshit, abuse them, belittle them, take advantage of them,

As for me, I'm a very loyal friend to all my good friend, WHY??????

B/c   I'm, Just Rob ; )

P.S. to the other people, I don't like to burn bridges, and I like to be good to people, and no, no, No, I'm not all that!

A Strange Thing Happened On New Year Eve? WHAT???

Didn't have much parties to go to, b/c I didn't want to pay. Of course, didn't have an dates as usual.

Got a call around 7pm about a small new year eve party at 16th Street, and guerrero. A small gathering of people that most of the people know each other.

The food was mostly vegan like, sweet and wines, spirits, and other drinks. Like I said, a small party. Not exciting, but if you're not going to pay to go anyway, then you have to suffer, lol! ; p

Some people were exiting and Janet, whom I met this year, told me that everyone is going to this other party on 14yh Street around the corner. So me, and my roommate, Tom decided to go. When we arrived, Tom didn't want to go, b/c he figures that it's a small party. I saw someone go in and I followed.

As I enter, I started on the first floor. Interesting, b/c the building is a 2 unit duplex. When you enter the premises, both units and connected. As I walked down this long hallway, I can see a large TV screen. It was showing a porn movie, and there were people on the couch watching. I noticed that the guy was masturbating, so I left.

Still curious what this party was about and hopefully see someone that I, at least know, I continued to go upstair where the drums and playing. As I enter the room, there was a bunch of people crowding around, so I looked. Something is very strange here. I realized that there only men here, but no one that I seen a the other party. I looked to my left, and I saw a man giving oral sex to another man. I had seen enough! I walked down the stairs, and went out the door, and try to locate my roommate. I told him that you're lucky and smart you didn't go there. He asked Why? I gave him a couple of hints, then I told him. And I will have a word with Janet about the information that she gave me.

We went to have some pizza, which was across the street from the party on 16th street. As we waited for the pizza, I went back to the original party, and I saw Janet. I asked her how she got the information for this party. She told me that it came from one of her friend, who got it on the internet. Her friend, told her that anyone was invited. I told her that it was a gay thing going on over there and starting to laugh. I'm not surprised at too many things in life, b/c I live in San Franicsco, and I've seen all kind of shit,so nothing bother me. Rarely is anything strange to me. I[m from a strange City.

And Btw,  I love this "Fucking City!"

HAPPY NEW YEAR, and have a PROSPER YEAR "2009", EVERYONEand EVERYBODY!!!
