Disrespected!

Yes, I think so. If someone gave you something from abroad, then you give it away. All, b/c they think that you did something to them, and it's not true? What do you think.

For me, I would appreciate it, b/c they made all that effort to do so.

Yes, I have done things like that in my younger days of my life, but that's b/c I was immature, but I respect people now, and I don't do those things. I learned to respect people. At the more, I'll decline, but not do something like that.

That's just immature. I don't care how old they are. That's just plain childish!

What Do You Think Of Life?

To me, Life is Great, Life is Wonderful, and I'm the luckest person to have live this long. Some of my friends, or enemies are gone. Some didn't even live over 40+. Me, I'm almost "The Big 50!" Actually, I'm 48 now.

Went diving for today, and yesterday, and have a great time. Diving over 30+ feet, will do that to you. Can't really explain it to you. It's a natural high! I mean Wow! The views of the mountains, ocean, nature, the clear waters. Wow, beautiful! It's a place to see, and walk around with someone you care or love. It's just a nice, beautiful place to be.

Anyway, It was a great day.

Visited Mom today in the nursing home, after diving. Still kind of tired.

Well, I'm going to have dinner with Paul R. and Ken L. , then do look at a house, that I might buy.

Oracle World: 3rd Day

Well, I was kind of tired from going to the parties the night before. I woked up around 11:30am, and hanged around the house for a while. My roommate, Tom, just woked up around 12:15pm. I asked him if he was going to Oracle soon. His reply was that he planned to leave around 1pm, so I told him that I'll wait for him. Why not? Kill to birds with one stone, right? lol.

I stayed around Moscone West, without going into Moscone North or South. I walked around, picked some swags, then proceeded to relax by do what most IT people do to relax! Play videos games, shoot basketball, and play pinball.

Next thing I notice is that it was around 3:45pm, and one of the parties started at 4:30pm, but wait! There was break thing on all the show floor. It featured coffees, teas, sodas, cookies.

I ate some cookies and sodas, and took off to 720 Howard St for the party. There was much food, except they were catering it around, which you need to be fast, if you want to eat, b/c there are alot of hungry folks around!

After I ate some finger food, and I barely had enough. Drank one glass of red wine. I ran into my friend, Kumar. He asked me if I like to go to another party at the hotel next door. I respond" Yes!"

Wow, They had Honey glazed salmon, which was one of the best I tasted. Turkey breast, Pork Loin, cheeses, breads, vegetables, and open bar. Very good party.

I went back to the B-Restaurant on 720 Howard st. immediately, b/c I realized that I had entered in a drawing to win a big screen TV. Anyway, to make a long story short, I didn't win, besides getting there late.

Next, on to Moscone West, where the buses are pick up the people going to Treasure Island to see the concert on that night. I don't have a wristband, so I have to look for one. Also, there are some people that asked me help find it for them.

I was able to find 6 wristbands, but all the people, who wanted to go declined. Reasons, such as they have to work tomorrow, Why is it on a weeknight, or school night? Too far (the last one was in Cow Palace in San Francisco) Treasure Island is quite a way, but that's not true!

For a time, I didn't want to go, and could care less, b/c I didn't know what some of these singer's music.

You want to know something- that's the wrong approach to things and life! Tell you on the next posting!

Oracle: When It Comes To Throwing A Party, Nobody Doesn't It Better!!!

I was able to find 6 wristbands, and nobody wanted to go, so I went myself. That's ok!

I thought about it, and asked myself, at the worst, if I didn't like the concert, I could go home early.

Didn't look like there was much of anyone on the bus. As we arrived, and I walked to the event.

Wow, there was light everywhere, flashing and a big "Oracle" sign in front of the walkway to the entrance.

The venue was:

outdoors at 9:30pm - Seal, 10:45pm - Elvis Costello

indoors at 9:30pm - Alan Jackson, 10:45pm - UB-40

I caught bits and bits of the live concert, b/c I didn't know much about all these singers and their music. Damn, I thought Rob's life is exciting, but he's a square, lol!

There was free food, Chinese, Veggies, and American foods everywhere, and drinks- wine, water, beer, and soda.

And a one night carnival, which all the games were Free, and people were actually winning them, of course, it's set up that way to make the clients of Oracle feel happy.

The final conclusion by me is That no one throw a better party than Oracle! Hand down! They are the best at it. Anyone can prove me wrong, but I've been to Ebay, Microsoft, Apple, Missed Google (but got a report, that they still can top Oracle). I still haven't seen anyone beat them yet. Maybe Hollywood, whom they learned how to throw these kind of parties!

Anyone, that missed out on this event is really missing the greatest party on Earth, besides the Olympic, this year. Oracle does this year after year, and I'm a luck S.O.B. , b/c it's in my own backyard "SAN FRANCISCO!" And I get to Go!

For those that missed this event, couldn't, or didn't want to go, too bad, and maybe next time! I really truly appreciate things in life, that's why I write this blog to keep my level headed about the wonder life that I have.

Oracle Night: Concert Time!

Every year, when Oracle World come to town. Wednesday night is live concert night with many older established singing stars to superstars coming to put on a show for the baby boomers.

There will be free buses taking all the Oracle people and their clients to see the concert between 7-9pm.

Tonight list: Alan Jackson, Elvis Costello, UB-40 & Seal. There will be Chinese, Japanese, American, to Italian foods there. It's all you can eat and drink. Drinks are only wines, beers, and sodas. Oh, yeah, desserts and ice creams too.

I have to go find a wristband for tonight, so wish me luck, everyone, lol!!!

Oracle Night: 2nd Night

I had a invitation to a party @ Maya Restaurant from 5pm-9pm, Marriot @ 6:30pm, Jewish Museum @ 7:00pm-11:00PM,

I asked Paul, if he like to go, but he declined. He had other engagements.

After I drop him off, I was getting hungry, so I went to Maya. The report I got for other people there was that it's only finger food & drinks. When I got there, I was ready to eat anything. first, I ate some chip with guacamole dip, then I went after the mexican food that they were passing around. I was interesting and good. Or is it? Maybe I was just hungry at hell! Had a margerita too.

I ran into to Gordon at Maya, and ask him where he was going next, and he said he was going to Microsoft @ 7:30pm and ask me do I have an invitation? I said, yes I do, but I'm going here. Do you know about this one? He told me, no. Do you want to go? And his reply was okay.

As we walked toward Mission from 2nd St., we encounter 111 Minna St., which there was a party there, so we decided to check it out. Well, it was really crowded & we didn't see any food. It was open bar, and they gave us a T-shirt. Then we proceeded to the Jewish Museum.

It was great! One of the better one. I stayed until closing and some of the people I know wanted to know if I wanted to go to an after hour party, but I declined, b/c I ate so much. Oh yeah, the menu there was Salmon, rare cooked sliced beef, cheeses, veggies, desserts, good french bread, and this jewish bread. There was Chinese food on the 2nd floor. Open bar, live music.

With a menu like that, why would you leave?

Btw, the Jewish Museum @ 736 Mission Street, has only been open for only 3 months +.

Day 2 of Oracle World: Hanging Out With Rob

While writing and posting on my blog, Got a call from my buddy, Paul Ramos, who wanted to go to Oracle World Expos.

We met up @ around 1:30pm and went to the expos, and walked around and around, b/c that's all you do. Seeing interesting new products, same old products, new to old swags, same as the T'shirts.

To Paul, this was exciting, b/c he could believe that you can get all these free things there. Also, you can win laptops, money and other things. It was an interesting experience for him at the show.

His remark to me was: So, this is what it like to be "Hanging out with Rob!"

1st Day @ Oracle World

On my first day in Oracle World, I picked up a teddy bear, some pens, and a clock. Oh yes, some t-shirts too. Most of the swags, I ignored, b/c I have them or have too many of them. I use to think about getting them for my gf's kids, which they have a ball with them.

Went to 3-4 parties last night, althought there were 6 parties that I founded out about in the end. Why is it always like that?????? Wwwwwhhhhhhyyyyyyyyyyyyy???????????

Had a great time, eating, drinking, listening to music & dancing. My friend, layla, was having a great time, and men were trying to pick her up. lol. she had all the attention of all the men.

There were people from all over the world. They were surprised that I'm a local San Franciscan. The Show is suppose to be 85% North American, and 15% from Abroad.

Gotta run now! Until the next report tomorrow!

Today- Oracle in San Francisco!!!

The Big Boys are here in San Francisco! ORACLE!!!!!!

There's going to be an average of 5 parties a night in San Francisco. The City is going to ROCK!!!

How big is Oracle? They are able to block off a full block (a major block) for 6 days. Take over Treasure Island for a concert, all night. and end thursday with a block party.

Is that good enough????? The Biggest Event in San Francisco in the next few days. People from all over the world is coming to San Francisco to be at this event!

Yeah, FREE RSVP Parties......................................!!!!!!

Sorry, Went Diving This Weekend

Had an interesting dive this weekend. We founded a new dive spot. Funny, b/c my dive partner was complaining and complaining. I wanted to go there. The problem was that the water was murky, and I didn't want to climb all the way down the hill for average size ABs. So, I told him to go to spot I'd been to 8-10 years ago.

We founded this spot I have need been to. It was one of the shortest climb and swim in Mendocino, that we've been to. We could climb up in less than 5 min. That's really good!

Anyway, the weekend was really, really fun, except I broke one of my fins. I had to swim & dive with one fins. Not fun at all!

Oh, I Haven't Finish The Day Yet

I have two parties receptions to attend. You know what that means? FREE eats, and drinks, lol!!! Can't get too drunk. I might go diving tomorrow. If I do go, I'm going to the animals rescue in Bodega Bay to see the animals up close.

Oh, before I forget. My friend, Frank able, informed me that while he was diving last week at Salt Point State Park, He encountered a whale. He wanted to get closer, but his brother didn't. Frank claimed that his brother thinks the whale is going to eat them. hahahahahhahahah I thought most of the whales are vegetarians. That show you, how much I know, Dummy! Damn it, some people have all the fun in the world! Way to go, Frankie!

And maybe a FREE Movie tonight, Eagle Eye! Wow, Rob! You have all the luck in the world, ; ) !

Today Was Exciting!

I was supposed to go diving this morning, but I cancelled it. I want to see if I can buy a pre-foreclose house in San Francisco from the owner.

The owner was not there, so I can't buy it with a sum of money and take over the loan, subject to . That would have been really sweet, if that happened, Anyway, I, ended up at the court house step watching the Trustee sale auction off the house. There was only one person will to bid for the house for 432K, All Cash (Of course, you need some cashier checks). I take that back. There was two bidders, but the other bidder didn't have extra cashier checks, only the minimum for the Trustee sale. ROOKIE!!! What did he think was going to happen? That's he the only bidder. If he wanted the property, he would have been prepared. Maybe, he didn't know what to do? I think he was a Realtor, but they don't really know that much, except being a saleperson. Sorry, guys, although I know a lot of realtors, this is true! Prove me wrong, otherwise!

Most of the things I do, I love doing! A little lazy, but love it. This is one of the things I like to do: Chase house deals. Of course, I love trading in the market too. Craps is somewhat exciting, and diving, let not get started on this., lol! Meet different people is interesting. Some are good people, while others want to know what you know. Oh, I like to teach and play the game- Cashflow. I get to learn new things from the other players, and get sometime a free lunch- Lucky me, lol!!

Today agenda, got my blood pumping. Maybe, I'll start doing this again. Love the wheeling and dealing. Still kind of lazy, though! Maybe, I'm just to damn comfortable in life.

Oh No, Rob is enjoying himself too much! Like my sister said about my nephew, Aaron, like to smell the roses!

Am I content with my life and what I have? HELL, NO! I, just need momemtum, or motivation to get going. I'm going to try something to see if I have what it takes to do this again?

Went to MY SPACE Office in San Francisco Yesterdaty

Yesterday, I went to MySpace office, which is located on 2nd Street, in San Francisco. Something I didn't know, that they were in San Francisco. That make my cancel my plans to go there to see how is it.

There office is a warehouse, that's been converted to cubical office space. The masonary building is reinforce for earthquake resistance. Will it hold? Only time will tell, or when the next quake appears.

I and my roommate was there, and they had catered Indian foods for lunch. There was Chicken curry, lamb, Veggie, and Prawns. Rice and Naan bread (Yum Yum) were present. We arrrived around close to 1pm, most of the food was gone, especially the Chicken. There was still lamb, so that tell me that most people there didn't like lamb.

afterward, I went to the library to input into my blog.

Put in the answer to try to get some FREE movies tickes for next week showing.

Went to see my mom after that.

Got a call from Simon, telling me about a Reception on 934 Brannan street. It was a Art reception from the homeless coalition. There was Pasta, garlic bread, cooked tomatoes, watermelon, and cake. Drinks are available, just for a donation. Best of all, everything was FREE, so there's no complains!

They have live music, but it wasn't good, and a live art auction. There was another art gallery down the hall, which feature Mongolia artwork.

I had another party to attend to at 9pm, but was getting a little drunk and tired, so I went home.

Maybe I'll go diving tomorrow, if weather permits.

It's Not Easy To Travel

Rose thinks it's easy to go abroad, and thinks everyone can just go. Well, let me tell everyone this! I have met many people, who wanted to travel, or go back to their countries. Their problem is: financial, families, timing, or work. They may not have a chance to take a vacation anywhere.

It's not that simple. I went back to the Philippines 2 or sometime 3 times a year and Rose thinks it's nothing. Well, tell that to everybody here in the states or other countries, who wished that they can go back even once. There are legal to illegal immigrants, who haven't gone back to their countries, since arriving in the states. From 1 year to 20-30 years.

Look at Edison Ongping (who help me bring the cookies to you), he haven't been back in 7 years (He coming for emergency reasons, and it's very crucial for him). It's not that easy, people! Money is a Big Problem for many. I'm just lucky and grateful, that I was able to go.

The bottom line: Respect the people, who are making an effort to make the time, plans and the money to visit you, people!!!

My Last Text Message From Rose

People, If your X-gf text you this message, what do you think?

"Robert, My daughter, Lia isn't comfortable w your daily phone calls. It is my duty to protect my daughter. If you ever have a bad intention on her. You must stop now! I won't let you! Don't try to hook my child."

What the fuck was that??????? Why do people assume things like that? I don't do this, b/c I know from my parent, who assumed the wrong things, and then couldn't take it back without losing faces. For me, I chose not to assume the wrong things. I prefer to find out the true, instead of guessing or assuming, which can get you in a lot of SHIT!

Yes, I try to call her, b/c her mom claims that Lia said, the friend that was wait for me was probably a female. That's why I try to call her to ask her did she say that. Also, I had a friend, Ed try to drop off some cookies for Rose and her family, and I was wondering did they get it yet. Rose will not inform me that they received it, b/c she is so bitter, so what the use of trying. That's all!

Things I Like To Buy

Anyone knows where is the best and cheapest price I can get to buy these items?

I'm looking for a good underwater camera, or video recorder. Also, H20 waterproof Ipod casing, so I can go diving with it, while I am scouting, cruising in the water, or diving.

A Samsung or Toshiba 46" Big screen flat TV, for my cable network. Football, just started, Baseball playoffs are coming, and basketball season is almost here.

Looking at Costco, b/c they have a 90 days return policy, but who wants to return something that BIG????

Change of Agenda Today

I was woken up by a call @ 4:30am, asking if I'm going diving? I declined to go, b/c I wanted to go to the MySpace Summit in San Francisco from 11am to 5pm.

I know, I know, my plans were to go diving, but everyone knows how that go.............. lol

Hey, That's me, Rob! Things are always changing, and plans altered, lol!

Visit my Mother

Maybe, buy a big screen TV at Costco. Btw, I got my Costco card from Gilbert

I hope I get it all done, then I can see a FREE movie. I think I'm going to see "The Dark Knight" again. The last time, I fell asleep, b/c I, just got back from Thailand, and feeling Jet lagged. So, I'll see it again, being a Batman fan!

I'm invited to another party tonight. I don't know if I'll make it. It's only a few blocks away, so maybe. Can't get too drunk, if I go. Plan to go diving in the morning, and also, to help my friend pick up some fish to sell.

Woke Up With A Hangover!

Got drunk last night! I had a little too much Loooooonnngg Islands. I woke up around 6:30am with a hangover!

I was planning on going diving this morning, but that wasn't to be. I would be drunk driving, if I got caught driving in the morning.

Anyway, I went back to sleep and woke up around 10:30pm. Felt a little better. Call my new diving buddy to have lunch around 12:30pm.

Had Fun Last Night

I was invited to an IT party last night. From 8pm to 12am.

It was an open bar, so most of all the drinks are FREE! I had (1) Cape Cod, (3) Long Islands. Got drunk last night, and had a barrel of laugh with my roommate, Tom. We laughed, and laughed. I threw his a free T'shirt about 8 Times and he kept dropping it, and we both laughed.

It was a very fun night, except us, old folks, There aren't too many of us, Media people at the party.

Anyone has Girlfriend problems?

My girlfriend thinks that I cheated on her. That's her assumption, and she'll believe what she wants to believe. The problem is not just that, there's no proof, or evidence, what-so-ever. That's the problem! Who can accept that? Who can deal with someone like that? Well, I did, and it's not easy! Take it from me, I have the experiences with the pains and bruises to show you! Funny Thing is that I didn't do anything. She wants me to apologize for something I didn't do. Who in their right mind would do this? Would you? Do it to just please someone, or so you can be good with them? I really truly don't agree with this, and I think there is around 99.5% of the people would do it, PERIOD!

I told her, she's getting mad over nothing. She's creating problems over headaches on her own.

Writing this takes guts, b/c you're tell everyone you know about your deep personal matters. Yes, this is my Blog, and my daily dairy. I don't need to tell people my problems, but this is somehting that's bother me, and I like to express myself to every and anyone that will listen.

I love my gf, Rose dearly, but she doesn't see it, or believe it. I don't do the things other guys do, that's what makes me Who I am, and that's Rob!

I love, care and cherish dearly. I like her kids, but she's now turning them against me. For what? If I didn't something, Yes, I can understand this, but I didn't.

If anyone out there has every been accused, assumed by their partner of being guilty and they're not. I'm with you, people. This is totally WRONG! And No one should have to endure this, BULLSHIT!

Sorry, I Haven't Been Posting

Sorry, I Haven't Been Posting. Having GF problems. I'll start to post a little more.

Just started this blogging business, so I have to understand how all these IT things work, lol

Free Lunch With T'shirt, Can't Beat That!

Just had an RSVP Lunch at Hi5.

They had all type of half sandwiches to chose, small bags of potatoes chips, salads, and sodas. Oh yeah, and they gave out T'shirts to everyone there. All sizes were available and 4 colors (blue, black, grey, and Sky blue).

Good lunch, and social networking was good! Best of All, it was FREE :)
