I have a loooonnng chat with my friend, Jenneil, who's her husband, Carl, sick as a dog that day before Christmas.
Anyway, too make a long story short. We were talking about investing, when Jenneil told me about this quote she learned from her rich friend, who made it, then went broke!
"When you're green, you're growing"
"When you're ripe, you're rotten!"
