Today Was Exciting!

I was supposed to go diving this morning, but I cancelled it. I want to see if I can buy a pre-foreclose house in San Francisco from the owner.

The owner was not there, so I can't buy it with a sum of money and take over the loan, subject to . That would have been really sweet, if that happened, Anyway, I, ended up at the court house step watching the Trustee sale auction off the house. There was only one person will to bid for the house for 432K, All Cash (Of course, you need some cashier checks). I take that back. There was two bidders, but the other bidder didn't have extra cashier checks, only the minimum for the Trustee sale. ROOKIE!!! What did he think was going to happen? That's he the only bidder. If he wanted the property, he would have been prepared. Maybe, he didn't know what to do? I think he was a Realtor, but they don't really know that much, except being a saleperson. Sorry, guys, although I know a lot of realtors, this is true! Prove me wrong, otherwise!

Most of the things I do, I love doing! A little lazy, but love it. This is one of the things I like to do: Chase house deals. Of course, I love trading in the market too. Craps is somewhat exciting, and diving, let not get started on this., lol! Meet different people is interesting. Some are good people, while others want to know what you know. Oh, I like to teach and play the game- Cashflow. I get to learn new things from the other players, and get sometime a free lunch- Lucky me, lol!!

Today agenda, got my blood pumping. Maybe, I'll start doing this again. Love the wheeling and dealing. Still kind of lazy, though! Maybe, I'm just to damn comfortable in life.

Oh No, Rob is enjoying himself too much! Like my sister said about my nephew, Aaron, like to smell the roses!

Am I content with my life and what I have? HELL, NO! I, just need momemtum, or motivation to get going. I'm going to try something to see if I have what it takes to do this again?

way to go Rob!

maybe you just need to start with a simple goal, like buy one property with a positive cashflow a year with at least 30% ROI. =)
